Chicago Bears vs. Detroit Lions, Thanksgiving Day

Chicago Bears vs. Detroit Lions, Thanksgiving Day

The uninterrupted losing streak for the Chicago Bears

Happy Thanksgiving to you all. Welcome to the nail-biting game with the Chicago Bears vs. Detroit Lions. First, Jared Goff threw nice passes to Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams. On 3rd down, their touchdown pass was incomplete so, they had to do a FG. On the Bears possession, the did a 3 & Out. The Lions did 2 10+ yard runs and a touchdown by Brock Wright. Then, the Bears did a 3 & Out. David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs did amazing running. At the red-zone, Jared Goff was scrambling and TJ Edwards & Gervon Dexter beat the O-Line which forced Jared Goff to trip. As a result, the Lions did a FG. Then, the Bears did a 3 & Out. Jahmyr Gibbs did 3 plays with 10+ yards and FG which made the score 16-0 Lions. Then, the Bears did the same thing as always but a try to go on 4th; it was incomplete. When Detroit was at the Chicago 45, the Lions called a screen play to David Montgomery. When he reached there e 10-yard line, Tyrique Stevenson popped the ball loose and was recovered by Gervon Dexter which gave a little life for Chicago. Caleb William passed to Cole Kmet which finally gave Chicago a 1st down. To end the half. Caleb Williams threw it out of bounds. At halftime, it was all Detroit. Chicago had it first. After a run by DeAndre Swift and a nice pass to Keenan Allen. Then, Caleb Williams threw to Keenan Allen and he did a fabulous spin move to enter the touchdown. On the Lions possession, David Montgomery did a run and at the 30-yard line, Jameson Williams hurdled over Kevin Byard. After that, Sam LaPorta got a touchdown. Caleb Williams passed to Cole Kmet, DeAndre Swift and Keenan Allen for his 2nd touchdown of the game. Then, the Lions did nothing and the Bears got a 3 & Out. On the Lions possession, the did great plays but it was 3rd & 25 and Amon-Ra St. Brown caught a 20 yard pass so, they had to try a FG but, they missed. After a 3rd down conversion to Cole Kmet, Caleb Williams has the franchise record for most passing attempts without an interception with 221 pass attempts. The next play, Caleb Williams took a long-shot to DJ Moore which was caught for the touchdown. Then, the Lions did nothing. The punt was perfect at the Bears 1-yard line. Caleb Williams did some nice passes to Cole Kmet and DJ Moore which made them go at the Lions 35-yard line. Then he got sacked a few times, the time wI as running out, and threw a hail-mary like play to Rome Odunze which was incomplete. "Are you kidding me right now." My suggestion at the final 5 seconds was to call timeout because there was 1 timeout. remaining for them.
